After the concert we all decided to go back to the sports bar. Cyndi was a little verbose about civil rights for people of all sexual preferences. Nothing was over driven and the band was energetic and upbeat. The acoustics in the auditorium were great for the shape of the room. Cyndi's voice is as good as it was in the 80's. For those keeping count that was 4 drinks. After going through security and before the concert, the birthday boy and me had one more bar drink. I had a 2 drinks with them, then we went to the buffet. After 20 minutes I decided to join my friends at the bar.
Along the way I decided to try my luck at the slot machines. We settled in and decided to go to the sports bar. The hotel even managed to locate the 3 couples rooms near each other. Our rooms were clean and in nice condition. Check in was not inordinately long, considering the hotel was sold out for the concert. we became members of the Coyote club and checked in under reduced rates. We were celebrating our friends 40th birthday by attending the Cyndi Lauper concert and gambling.
